What motivated you to join Grimm?: Grimm has clearly set itself apart from others through its corporate culture. Behind Grimm is a young, motivated and above all future-oriented team. It almost feels like a start-up.

What is so unique for you about working at Grimm?: It's because of the team spirit. It motivates me to do my best every day. I also see great potential in terms of my own growth here at the company. Grimm is not afraid of taking the next step and is accordingly open to ideas, innovation and creativity.

How long have you been working at Grimm and what exactly do you do as a marketing manager at Grimm?: I work as a marketing manager since July 2021. I have been given the opportunity to fundamentally and sustainably shape the brand image of Grimm.
