What motivated you to start at Grimm and not anywhere else?: The ambition to tackle the topic of digitization, as this was still absolutely in its infancy at the company where I previously worked. I was also totally won over by the way the management treated each other and their affectionate manner.

What is special for you about working at Grimm?: As I said - everyone is so sweet and pulls together - teamwork is the name of the game at Grimm.

Wie lange arbeitest du schon bei Grimm und was genau machst du als Architekt bei Grimm?: Since 01.07.2021 and I work as an assistant to the management and site management. I can actually use my organization talent, have customer contact and am also involved in the projects and billing. My work is multi-layered, varied and challenging - and never boring!
