Lack of or incomplete plans, different materials, and listed buildings. The renovation of historic buildings is always a challenge. For planners and craftsmen alike. That is why we are already digitising these buildings with our laser scanning technology. A BIM model is generated from millions of measurement points. Three-dimensional, true-to-reality, and robust as a basis for calculation. We can depict structural changes in advance and coordinate them directly with the customer. And: The building is digitally "stored" for future generations.

The digital workflow is revolutionising the construction industry and is already our standard. We develop and realise all our projects with the smart method of digital planning. Why is that? Problems are identified and solved before construction begins. The BIM model contains all the information of a building. From the cable routing, the materials, including prices, to a realistic architectural model. And: it grows. As the planning advances, so does the model. This knowledge enormously minimises risks and we work efficiently and cost-effectively.

When we think of the buildings of tomorrow, we don't just think of modern architecture and innovative materials. We think of living and working environments that are connected. They adapt to our behaviour, offer individual features and make life easier. All can be controlled via an app. Front doors can be opened with a smartphone, services such as house cleaning or repairs can be booked easily, and technologies such as ventilation and air conditioning react automatically to fluctuating conditions. A few of these things are already a reality for us - we are constantly testing more ideas.

Our lives are becoming more and more flexible. We are on the move. Constantly. This also affects our working and living culture. Novel innovative concepts of buildings use are placing new demands on facility management. And also on us. How do you manage access authorisations for Co-Working Spaces? What services can property managers and project developers offer their tenants? And do you really still have to be at home to read the meter? We are working on the answers to these questions. And how we can integrate smart solutions within planning, construction, and renovation.

One thing is clear: the industry is changing. That's why we invest in innovative technologies and forward-looking approaches to the Real Estate industry. We also work closely with Biberach University of Applied Sciences, exchanging ideas and experimenting. Our goal is always the same: To increase the comfort of the users in our buildings.
