What motivated you to join Grimm?: Grimm promises its employees many benefits which one must still look out for in most companies in this time. The website is also cutting-edge and showcases its modern premises. On site, during the first interview, you can see everything for yourself. The positive and motivated working atmosphere, the nice colleagues, and the affectionate manner of the Grimm family, make the company feel like a second home. Most of the construction projects are in the field of housing construction, which is an area I've always wanted to work in.

What is so unique for you about working at Grimm?: Due to the restructuring and the desire to outsource less, many new and exciting tasks are waiting for me. Having been there from the beginning and being able to contribute gives you the feeling of being a full-fledged and important member of the team. Through constant exchange within the team, no one is alone in their tasks and together we come up with the best solutions. Every opinion counts and everyone is equally valuable here! The relaxed atmosphere also means that there is no shortage of fun.

How long have you been working at Grimm and what exactly do you do as an architect at Grimm?: I joined Grimm in March 2021 and work as an architect. I will accompany the clients from the first design to the finished building.
