What motivated you to start working at Grimm and not somewhere else?: Family-run business, friendly, and open working atmosphere, modern and innovative working processes. These are key aspects that are particularly important to me and that are practised here.

What is special for you about working at Grimm?: You are taken along on the most diverse processes and are allowed to try things out yourself. It is also very varied and you are always offered support. Everyone works towards the big picture.

How long have you been working at Grimm and what exactly do you do as a mason at Grimm: I did my apprenticeship as a mason at Grimm and then gained 2 years of work experience before I completed the technician and I became a master craftsperson. After the technician and master masonry I returned to Grimm as a young construction manager. Now I work on the construction site as a supervisor and occasionally in the office and help with the cost estimates.

How would you describe Grimm in 3 words?: Familial, Competent, Innovative.

Maurer mit Goldstatus

Christoph gewann während seiner Ausbildung die "EuroSkills 2018". Unser früherer Auszubildender ist damit bester europäischer Jungmaurer – und seit 13 Jahren der erste Deutsche, der bei einem internationalen Wettbewerb eine Medaille holt. Dafür überzeugte er in Budapest die Jury in 18 Zeitstunden mit einer gemauerten Darstellung des dortigen Millennium- und Heldendenkmals. Sein zweites Modul stellte einen Teil von Budapests bekanntester Donau-Brücke dar. Im Folgejahr trat er mit der Nationalmannschaft bei den "WorldSkills 2019" an und belegte den 5. Platz. Wir sind tüchtig stolz auf Christoph, gratulieren herzlich und wünschen ihm für die Zukunft weiterhin alles Gute und viel Erfolg!
