What motivated you to start with Grimm and not others?
My father motivated me to start working at Grimm when I was a kid, and then I tried out the plasterer profession and liked it.

What is special about working at Grimm for you?
I know a lot of people at Grimm and I was also well received by the others in the company.

How would you describe Grimm in 3 words?
Familiar. Good-natured. Great.
