What motivated you to start with Grimm and not others?: My father motivated me to start working at Grimm when I was a kid, and then I tried out the plasterer profession and liked it.

What is special about working at Grimm for you?: I know a lot of people at Grimm and I was also well received by the others in the company.

How would you describe Grimm in 3 words?: Familiar. Good-natured. Great.

From concrete mixer driver on construction sites to intern in the office.

Jan first worked as a concrete mixer on our construction sites. In the meantime, he finds himself in the office as a trainee in the area of shell construction management.
