What motivated you to start working at Grimm and not elsewhere?: At Grimm, I just had a great feeling right away. Instead of preconceived application questions, there was a relaxed personal interview in which I was pointed in a clear direction. It was all very authentic for a family business.

What is unique about working at Grimm for you?: For me, Grimm GmbH is a perfect example of what one imagines a modern construction company to be nowadays. Innovative processes are optimally combined with established working methods. This creates a great interplay both professionally and personally.

How long have you been working at Grimm and what exactly do you do as an intern/working student?: As part of my internship semester, I have now been employed at Grimm for almost half a year and take care of everything to do with financing and controlling.
