How did you find out about Grimm and why did you choose the company?: I first became aware of the Grimm company via the university website. After a few clicks through the company's website, it quickly became clear to me that I wanted to apply here. I decided on Grimm because the open, modern and innovative nature of the company convinced me both online and in personal interviews.

In what area can you be found at Grimm?: I am currently learning about construction management and planning.

What is your first impression of the Grimm company?: I was very impressed by the family atmosphere right from the start, which quickly made me feel at home in the team. You notice right away that the team at Grimm is very motivated and enthusiastic and that you enjoy coming to work. If you have any questions or problems, your colleagues are always ready to listen and offer their help without you having to feel guilty. That helps a lot as a newcomer in this profession.
