What motivated you to start at Grimm and not anywhere else?: Particularly in the construction industry, the innovation and technology at Grimm is unlike that of any other office or company.

What is special for you about working at Grimm?: The atmosphere is very family-like and you feel right at home. You are also supported in everything by your colleagues. The work that has to be done is exciting and also very important - you can contribute with your own ideas.

How long have you been working at Grimm and what exactly do you do as a draftsman at Grimm?: I am currently completing my apprenticeship as a draftsman, which I started in 2019. As a draftsman, I am responsible for modelling our building construction projects. This starts with the design, the survey of the construction site environment using a drone, and continues through to the construction planning with all its details. In addition, I create point clouds of existing buildings for our refurbishment department, which I record with a 3D laser scanner.
