What motivated you to start at Grimm and not anywhere else?: Grimm is a very innovative, medium-sized growing family business with many young and committed employees. The team is really great and everyone likes to share their knowledge - so everyone is learning something new.

What is unique for you about working at Grimm?: The young and committed team. You can also implement your own smaller projects and contribute to the bigger picture.

How long have you been working at Grimm and what exactly do you do as a student trainee?: I work in BIM management and my areas of responsibility focus on 3D visualisation of construction projects and the corresponding drone surveys. Particularly as a bachelor student, Grimm GmbH offers extremely innovative and exciting topics that are developed together and tailored according to one's own interests. I myself contribute by implementing an automated scheduling system and thus will play a role in the digitalisation of the company.
